What we are looking to achieve for blue light organisations

We will work with our Blue Light Organisations to improve the service for users and their employees.

As Blue Light Whistle Blowers gathers information research on service users and experiences of those reporting wrongdoing, the charity will endeavour to work with blue light organisations and their leaders to enhance education and support change within the internal cultures.

Change takes time but at Blue Light Whistle Blowers we believe that now is the time to change for the better.

  • Change takes practice.

The charity endeavours to work with everyone for the good of all society.

As Blue Light Whistle Blowers has actively engaged with chief employees and those personally affected by wrongdoing, it is that shared determination to improve our blue light services that is our consistent message.

We expect and are determined for the charity to evolve. Through the methods and collaborations, processes and procedures.

Ultimately, we will work with Blue Light Organisations to try and create absolute clarity and ensure that they adherence to ethical standards that society rightly expect within the different services.

At Blue Light Whistle Blowers, we see our role as working discreetly yet collaboratively and honourably, to positively influence action and change. However, we don’t by any means expect to get the service right first time.
